我担任一年级(6)班的班主任工作。我按照制订的班主任工作计划去执行,并且较好地完成了学校布置的各项工作任务。学期结束了,我把主要的工作总结如下:
一、常规工作
1.培养学生的良好习惯。
一年级学生由于年龄小,自控力差,纪律涣散。我从培养学生良好习惯入手,课上进行趣味教学,尽量吸引学生的注意力,组织好学生的纪律。利用班会课、思品课学习学校规章制度,提醒学生做好上课准备工作,并且在课后注意观察学生的行为,根据学生的表现在学生中树立榜样。在日常学习中,时刻注意调动学生的积极性,逐渐养成认真听课、认真作业、下课好好休息、讲文明、讲礼貌的好习惯。
2.培养良好的班集体
班集体是培养学生个性的沃土,有了这块沃土,学生的个性才能百花争艳。集体活动,最能培养学生的凝聚力、集体荣誉感。我带领学生积极参加学校的各项活动,如运动会、绘画等。在一年一度的学校运动会中我班取得了年级组第一名的好成绩。每天一大早,我总是比学生早到校,指挥孩子们清扫卫生,放学了就协助学生搞好卫生工作,这样,学生不仅养成逐步养成热爱劳动的好习惯,而且时刻想为自己的班集体争光。通过黑板报展示学生各方面的才能,发展个性。逐步形成一个健康向上、团结协作的班集体。
3.培养有管理能力的小干部
班干部是老师的得力助手,选拔一个有能力的班干部至关重要。一年级学生年龄小,能力强的也不多,所以我着重培养了3个班干部:班长、副班长和体育委员。除了班长、副班长和体育委员,我还在每天的值日生中选了一个值日组长,他负责管理当天的卫生打扫以及眼保健操的检查,这样让更多的同学参与到班级管理,锻炼他们的能力。
4.加强与家长联系。
平时,我能关心爱护班里的每一个学生。对一些表现不太好的同学,更是倾注了更多的爱和心血。我经常和他们谈心,抓住他们的闪光点鼓励他们。当他们有困难的时候,我总是耐心地帮助他们。一但发现他们在学习上、身体上、思想上有什么特殊情况,我总是及时性、主动地和家长联系,向他们了解情况,耐心地做他们的工作,取得家长的理解和配合,使每一个孩子都能扬长避短,健康地成长。通过一系列的工作,使学校、家庭密切配合,更好地教育了学生。
二、月训练工作
班主任工作中,我严格将“月训练重点”和“月主题教育”活动紧密结合,扎实有效的把学生的养成教体育落到实处。在班会课上提出每月的月训练内容的具体要求,严格按照学校要求细化每项工作。在五月份的月训练中我班被评为优秀。在每次主题教育中,我都会公开让孩子们选举“文明礼仪小标兵”,以激发他们的参与意识,努力开展一些有教育意义的主题教育,让孩子们在活动中养成良好的习惯,从而达到月训练的目的。只是由于一年级孩子小,组织能力差,所以在每次活动洞中,孩子们的参与积极性不高。这点值得我反思,我将努力改进。
三、我的班主任工作由于经验的欠缺,在许多方面还是存在着不足。
1.预见性不强。总不能在事情发生之前,对学生进行及时的教育,从而防止事情发生,我处理事情总是跟在学生的身后。我想,尽管我班主任工作的经验欠缺,但如果用心去当,按照蔡校教我们的“三勤”,就是“眼勤”,“脚勤”,“嘴勤”的工作能落实坚持下来,工作一定会做好。
2.做事要贵在坚持。
自己做事总是比较激进,事事都想很快有成效,想对孩子的要求一说,他们就马上能实施,但自己就没有对孩子的宽容,我要明确我面对的是活生生的生命,他们都有自己的思想,都有自己的习惯,想一下子改变他们已有的不良行为,必定要通过他们自己不断的思想斗争,内化成自己的思想,然后改变自己的行为,这必须要有一个比较长的时间,因此我更要有宽容之心,更要有改变他们的持久之心。
3.处理好管与放的关系。
虽然一年级的小学生很小,但是老师也应该处理好“管”和“放”的关系。老师要管很多事情,小到学生的坐立行走,穿着打扮,大到学生的思想动态,学习状况,品德情况以及班级的建设和发展,如果老师早晚跟班,无所不管,甚至充当“管家”、“警察”或“保姆”的角色,这种管理有利,但弊大于利,管得过多过死,容易造成学生依赖性强,创造性弱,独立性差,缺乏自我教育与自我管理能力,也容易使班主任陷于杂务,疲惫不堪,不利于自身的完善与发展。
班主任的工作是辛苦的,也是快乐的;班主任的工作是一门科学,也是一门艺术。今后,我将不断探索工作方法,努力把本职工作做好。
针对他的情况, 我首先从他的家庭入手, 了解他不好习惯的来源。利用家访的机会, 我与他的家人取得联系。从中得知, 他从小就有心脏病, 前年刚做完手术, 而爸爸妈妈都在外地打工, 他没上学前班, 现在妈妈一直在陪着他, 只是关心身体和生活, 忽略了孩子的教育。因为他这种情况, 家长处处迁就他, 使他养成了这种性格。和他的家长谈完话, 家长愿意和老师配合, 监督他。现在他完成作业的情况变好了。我在学校经常对他进行思想教育, 上课时多夸他, 教育他等。经过一段时间, 季同学每天坚持完成作业, 书写认真, 学习态度端正。进步的孩子都值得表扬, 在课堂教学中, 我及时表扬他, 班级中的事情尽量叫他去完成, 让他感受到老师在关注他。其次, 充分发挥集体和班干部的力量。我组织几名同学来帮助他, 把品学兼优的班长调去和他同桌, 跟他一起玩, 一起做作业, 让他感受到同学对他的帮助。使他养成课堂上不再讲闲话、遵守纪律的好习惯。为了让他找到自己在班级的位置, 树立自信心, 我决定让他负责教室的开 (关) 灯工作。经过一段时间的观察, 我发现他有了可喜的进步。再次与他聊天的时候, 他告诉我, 现在他在班里很快乐, 因为他觉得老师喜欢他, 自己是班级不可或缺的一员。现在的他, 是我们班里的小明星, 还是老师的得力“小助手”。班主任如何在班级中与学生相处融洽, 使学生快乐地学习、成长呢?
1.与家长多沟通, 用爱心感化
每个问题学生都有不为人知的一面。对于班主任来讲, 不能因为他难管, 就置之不理。教育学生, 首先要与学生家长之间建立一座家校连接的桥梁。本案例的家访就是很好的方法, 了解学生的家庭背景, 性格的养成, 这样老师才能有针对性地解决问题。对于季同学这样的孩子, 要多与家长沟通, 敞开心扉, 以关爱之心来触动他的心弦。对学生“动之以情, 晓之以理”, 用师爱去温暖他, 用情去感化他, 用理去说服他, 从而促使他主动地认识并改正错误。
2.展开友情攻势, 感化学生
学生在学校相处时间最长的是同班同学, 同学互助的力量有时胜过老师的力量。同学之间的和睦相处, 是建立友谊的桥梁, 成为无话不说的好朋友。融洽的同学情谊能使学生在学校中快乐地学习、生活。同时, 班主任要在其中起到引导作用, 通过引导同学之间相互教育、感染, 可促进同学间的情感交流, 转变学困生的学习态度, 使其努力积极地学习。
3.在班集体中找到自己的位置
班主任要让每一个学生都感觉到自己是班级的一员, 让每个学生都有班级荣誉感。在本案例中, 我让季同学负责灯的开关工作, 既是任务, 也是给他的信任, 这样能使他找准自己在班级的位置, 从而肯定自己。
作为一个教育工作者, 我们应以赏识的眼光和积极心态看待每一个学生, 善于发现他们的闪光点。有了老师的信任、尊重、理解, 学生才能更好地成长。

二、班级管理
在本学期班级管理工作中,着重进行了以下几方面的实践探索:
1、培养学生的自我管理能力。在班内实施值日班长、值日组长制,由每个同学轮流担任班干部负责学习、纪律、卫生等各方面的工作,从而使“班级管理靠大家”的思想深入人心,增强了学生的主人翁意识与自我管理能力。
2、多种评价方式激趣。课堂随机评价、日小结、周综合评比相结合,在班内开展结竞争对子、正当优秀少先队队长与昨天的我比一比、看谁的进步大等常规活动,定期进行评比小结,褒扬先进、鼓励进步,真正调动起了学生参与各方面活动的积极性与主动性,优良的班风日渐形成。
3、以丰富的活动吸引人。结合各科教学内容与学校活动和实际生活,先后开展了讲故事、防溺水演讲比赛、缅怀革命先烈活动。学生会充分发挥自身的优点,展现自身的特长。
三、教学工作
教学工作中,要在培养学生的自学能力方面进行了探究。首先抓学生的学习习惯的养成。由于低年级学生自学能力较弱,因此预习时安排的任务比较细。比方语文课上,课前要求学生读会课文,认识生字、会组词,找出不理解的词语查字典弄懂,数出课文有几个自然段,弄清没个自然段讲什么,还有哪儿不理解等。学生现在家里自身独立学习,第二天早自习小组推荐,解决自身能解决的问题,把不懂的问题记下来,课堂上老师重点检查基础知识的掌握以和解决疑难问题,课堂效率大大提高,学生的学习能力也增强了。其次,因材施教分层要求。优等生鼓励他们从课外汲取营养,比方确定每堂课相关的课外链接知识,进行资料搜集,课堂上展示推荐;后进生着重采用多种形式激发他们的学习兴趣,基础知识之外不再提过高要求,而是鼓励他们进行自身喜爱的活动,发展所长。第三、重视知识的综和。每一局部内容学习前我都让学生先看看这局部内容包括那些知识,哪些是重点,哪些是难点,学完后一起总结,让学生根据自身对重难点的掌握相互出试卷检测,查漏补缺,效果很好。第四、重视手抄报在学习中的作用。每一期的手抄报我都细细指导决不马虎。内容有主题、有重点、结合所学知识合理拓展,之后开展多篇评价,使之也变成一个自学的过程,而且也是综合素质提高的过程。

1、学生书写习惯差,不认真。
2、个别学生卫生习惯差。
3、管理方法不够新颖,班风无明显进步。
采取措施:
1、以勤立身,增强自身的典范作用。
2、加强思想教育与个别指导。
3、进一步加强习惯养成与和时补纠缺乏。
4、教学要注意和时回顾,反馈弥补。

在这一学期,很多家长给予了班级工作大力支持,今天我们在这里召开家长会。主要目的也是希望家长多来了解孩子这学期在校的表现。

近一年的相处,我和孩子们有了深厚的感情。(每当朋友问起:当一年级班主任累不累?我说累,但是我很幸福,因为有很多幸福的事只有一年级的班主任才尝到的。每次孩子从远处跑过来抱住你的那一刻真的好幸福,每次看着孩子们天真可爱的笑容时真的好幸福。每次孩子用小手拿着一颗小葡萄粒或一颗小糖豆让我吃的时候,那种感觉真的很幸福。)我喜欢咱们班每一个孩子,可能他学习差一点,也可能很淘气。但咱们班的孩子们都很懂事,我对他们很有信心。本学期,我每天都能感受到孩子的进步,尤其是上课听课、回答问题、纪律方面进步很大。每天的站队做操虽说算不上快、静、齐,但也不需我操太多的心,都能自觉的站到队伍中去;一双双小手虽然不是特别利索,但也能自己动手打扫教室的卫生了,这不能不说是一个可喜的进步了。
三、班级活动
1、六一的舞蹈表演,因为得到了很多家长的大力支持,所以获得了特等奖的好成绩。唯一遗憾的是还有很多积极的孩子(包括男孩)没有参与,希望今后再有这样的集体活动时,有更多的孩子积及参加,其实每一个孩子都需要一个自我展示的舞台,我相信,只要我们给他一次机会,他们就会给我们一份惊喜。
2、由于我们学校还处于建设当中,很多活动还没有开展,所以根据这一特点,也是结合学习需要,我先后利用中午时间在班级举行了朗读比赛和计算大赛,孩子们的参与性非常高,尤其通过了朗读大赛,孩子们的朗读兴趣被充分的调动起来,朗读的能力也有了质的飞跃,这在之后的讲课活动中,我们班的孩子的这种朗读领悟能力和上课的倾听能力得到了听课领导和老师的高度评价,他们的进步
就是对我最大的回报。随着学校的教学环境越来越好,各种活动将陆续开展,我希望我们班的家长能跟上学校的步伐,积极参加各项活动。给孩子提供更多的锻炼机会。
四、存在的问题
1、家庭作业
家庭作业大部分家长都很负责任地督促孩子完成作业。还是有个别孩子经常不完成作业,可能有些家长觉得,我们把孩子送来了,老师就应该负责给我们教好孩子,如果让我们在家里陪孩子学,那要你老师干什么?我希望家长不要有这种想法,因为学校教育不是万能的,老师面对的是50多个孩子,一天当中,要关注的不仅仅是孩子的学习,还有卫生、劳动、礼貌等很多方面。白天老师把知识传授给了学生,放学回家就需要我们的家长监督好孩子完成作业,也就是对当天所学知识的复习巩固。我希望家长明白,如果在这时候就不在意家庭作业的检查和辅导,放任孩子,今后会导致几种情况出现:
一、不完成作业,因为家长不过问,而使孩子养成为了玩或看电视,欺骗、隐瞒作业。
二、字迹潦草,为了玩而应付作业。会使孩子形成不仅对家庭作业,进而提升至对考试,对学习都不负责的态度。有些学生交上来的作业,上面很明显的错误,比如很多字写错了,我翻开本子就一眼看到,而上面还赫然签着家长的姓名。我不知道家长对于要求家长在学生作业上签名是怎么看待的?老师不是单纯的为了看到你的名字?当孩子把作业拿到您的面前让您签字时,您是不是一手拿着电视机的遥控器,一手接过本子,草书您的名字?孩子的心里会怎么想?还有的家长忙着挣钱,连作业都懒得看一下,更别说签字了。俗话说得好:钱,你今天少赚了,明天可以赚回来。但孩子的教育你一旦错失了,就再也补不回来了。请家长务必在作业上签字,有问题时可以作业留言。这一点,郭、李佳林和吴俊豪家长做的比较好,还有就是预习这项作业。也是一项很重要的作业。其实我们就是通过这项作业在教会孩子学习的放法,培养他们好的学习习惯。但这个习惯最初一定要我们家长帮助孩子养成。
2、不要过分的保护孩子。
学校是个大集体。男孩子磕磕碰碰,你推我嚷是正常的,希望个别家长不要大惊小怪,不要让孩子变成温室里的花朵。这对于孩子今后的发展一点好处都没有。
3、孩子之间的交往。有不少家长反映孩子朋友少,没人玩。我们大人的朋友几乎是固定的不变的。孩子就是孩子,我们不要从大人的角度,用大人的思维来衡量孩子。也许他们俩座位离得近,就是他们所谓的朋友,明天分开了,就不是朋友了,也许前一刻好好的,后一刻因为一句话翻脸了,这就是孩子,大人不要过多的关注,这时,我觉得我们应该先让孩子从自身找原因,然后在教会他怎样积极地,宽容的与人相处。
4、不要强求孩子考满分,一到三年级主要是培养学习习惯,分数只能作为评价孩子的一个参照,90分与100分的孩子的能力究竟相差多少,不是仅分数就能说明的,我们得具体分析才是。孩子是不会,是粗心,还是思考问题的方式有问题。还是教育孩子从失败中汲取教训学会“吃一堑,长一智”。
三年级(1)班班主任总结

紧张的一学期即将结束了,这学期我仍然担任着三年(1)班班主任工作。三年(1)班共有学生26人,从学生的学习状况来看处于两极分化状态,有1名特困生和4名留守儿童。现将本学期的工作做如下总结:
一、培养学生良好的习惯。

即使学生真的是在骗我,我也善意的相信他一次,让他觉得我是充分的相信他,让他自己觉得欺骗了我是不对的,让他自己深感内疚,让他主动的向我承认自己的错误,这比逼着他或者打他一顿效果要好。
记得有一次,我班的一位同学没有完成作业,我主动的找他问他为什么没交作业,他告诉我说忘在家里了,那我就提议他下午
把完成的作业带来。结果下午他仍然还是没有带来。仔细一问原来是根本没有完成,他怕老师通知他的家长,而家长对于他没有完成的惩罚较为严重,所以孩子才对我说了谎。面对他这种情况,我并没有大发雷霆,而是细水长流的给他讲了一些道理:首先说谎是不对的,说谎本身是对老师的一种不尊重;其次,犯了错就得立即改正,而不是一而再再而三的推脱,这是对自己极其不负责的行为。
经过这番教育,他在班里不写作业现象渐渐的减少了。所以我觉得孩子有时候说谎也是很正常的,连我们大人还有犯错误的时候,更何况一个孩子了,最主要的是你怎么去面对你的学生所犯的错误,怎样来帮助他解决问题改正自己的错误,保证在今后的学习生活中不在犯类似的错误。让他明白做人的道理。
